SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped Monday through Saturday excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday will ship out the Monday that follows. Orders placed by 11AM EST will ship within 48 hours.

We currently offer one shipping method to all U.S. and Canada states/province. All shipments are sent through USPS. Shipments can take up to 7 business days for delivery. Sorry, we can only ship to one address per order. We DO NOT offer shipping to the U.S. Virgin Islands or international (except for Canada, through Canada Post) currently.

Please make sure to provide accurate city, state and zip code information. Abbreviations, misspellings and other typos will result in error, thus having to automatically cancel your order and refund your purchase price.

All orders ship Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

 

MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. We only have the capacity to track your package.

ORDER STATUS

Pending: While your order is processing, and payment is being authorized.

Shipped: Once your order has left our facilities.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have successfully placed your order with us, you will receive an e-mail that contains information with the details of your order such as your order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method. This order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and can be printed for your records.

 

ORDER TRACKING

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number.

 

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your order, please email losiram@delasolapparel.com within 24 hours of recording your order. Once the order has shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept changes to orders. Please email to cancel and/or reorder your item(s).
